Is Halocard available in my country?

Halocard is available to individuals 18 years or older from anywhere in the world, with the exception of the following prohibited countries:

• Belarus
• Cuba
• India
• Iran
• Iraq
• Israel
• Mainland China
• Myanmar
• Nepal
• Nicaragua
• North Korea
• Russia
• Syria
• Turkey
• Ukraine
• Venezuela
• Vietnam

The restrictions on these prohibited countries are enforced by our card issuer VISA, and unfortunately outside of Halocard's control.

Residents of prohibited countries living abroad

If you're a citizen of a prohibited country residing in a non-prohibited country (for example, an Indian national living in the UK), and your identity check fails, please contact the Halocard support team. We can request a manual review and resubmit your identity check with an additional proof of residence document from a non-prohibited country. Please note approvals are on an individual basis and are not guaranteed.
