How do I setup Apple Pay and Google Pay?

You can add your Halocards to both Apple Pay and Google Pay by following the instructions below.


Apple Pay

Before you begin, make sure you have an iPhone with Face ID or Touch ID, Apple Pay enabled, and your Halocard card details handy.


Steps

  1. Open the Wallet app.
  2. Tap + (top right).
  3. Select Debit or Credit Card.
  4. Tap Enter Card Details Manually.
  5. Enter your Halocard details including Card number. Expiry date and CVV.
  6. Review and accept the terms.
  7. Complete verification if prompted.


Once added, your Halocard will appear in your Apple Wallet and can be used immediately for online and in person payments.


Google Pay

Before you begin, make sure you have an Android phone with NFC, Google Pay app installed, screen lock enabled and your Halocard card details handy.


Steps

  1. Open the Google Pay app.
  2. Tap Add a card.
  3. Select Debit or credit card.
  4. Tap Enter details manually.
  5. Enter your Halocard detais including Card number, Expiry date and CVV.
  6. Review and accept the terms.
  7. Complete verification if prompted.


Once added, your Halocard will appear in your Google Wallet and can be used immediately for online and in person payments.


If you have trouble adding your card
  • Double-check the card details were entered correctly
  • Ensure your device supports Apple Pay or Google Pay
  • Make sure your card is active and not locked
  • Try again after a few minutes if verification fails
